1. Acceptance

By creating a BugsPulse account or using our SDK, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using BugsPulse on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. The Service

BugsPulse provides mobile session replay, crash reporting, and network monitoring tools accessible via our cloud-hosted platform at app.bugspulse.com and through our React Native and Flutter SDKs.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your API keys publicly or embed them in open-source repositories. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use BugsPulse to collect data from apps you do not own or have permission to instrument
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access our systems beyond the documented API
Use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or your end-users' privacy rights
Transmit malicious code, spam, or data that infringes third-party rights
Resell or sublicense access to the BugsPulse platform without prior written agreement

5. End-User Data & Privacy

You are the data controller for any end-user data collected through the SDK. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your app's users and for disclosing the use of analytics and session replay in your own privacy policy.

6. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. If you exceed your plan's session limit, new sessions will be rejected until the next billing period or until you upgrade. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account is downgraded to the Free plan and data beyond the free retention window is deleted.

8. Uptime & SLAs

We target 99.9% uptime for the ingest API and dashboard. We do not guarantee specific uptime on the Free plan. Paid plans may be eligible for SLA credits — contact us for details.

9. Intellectual Property

BugsPulse and its trademarks, logos, and platform code remain the property of BugsPulse. The open-source SDKs are licensed under the MIT License. Your data remains yours.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BugsPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BugsPulse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you by email for material changes.
