BugsPulse ("we", "our", "us") provides mobile session replay, crash reporting, and network monitoring tools for app developers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

2. Data We Collect

We collect two categories of data:

Account data

Your name, email address, and billing information when you register or subscribe to a paid plan. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store card details.

SDK telemetry data

When you integrate the BugsPulse SDK into your app, it collects structured events from your end-users' sessions — taps, navigations, network requests, and crash stack traces. This data is event-based and does not include screen recordings, screenshots, or keyboard input. We do not collect advertising IDs, precise location, or any biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the BugsPulse platform
To process payments and send billing-related emails
To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
To generate AI-powered crash summaries using your crash stack traces
To improve the platform based on aggregated usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not use SDK telemetry for advertising.

4. Data Retention

Session replay data and events are retained according to your plan (7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Growth). Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate BugsPulse:

Stripe — payment processing
Cloudflare R2 — session replay storage
SMTP2GO — transactional email delivery
DeepSeek — AI crash summary generation

Each processor handles data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

7. Cookies

The dashboard uses a session cookie for authentication. The marketing website uses Google Analytics (GA4) with anonymised IP addresses to understand traffic patterns. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of BugsPulse after changes constitutes acceptance.
